2 days ago I made a post regarding the idea to partner #promo-steem with 
We can get funds by submitting a proposal that is approved by the SmartCash community.
Smartcash has the Smarthive system, were they vote for community proposals. You can check this here: https://vote.smartcash.cc/
And here is an entire example that explains how to submit the proposal, and then be voted to get the needed funds.
If the idea is interesting for the community, the project gets the needed votes, and SMART funds are alocated on the submitted address to make the promised activities.
The idea behind my post, is checking if you were interested, and then see if SmartCas community is interested, so we move forward and make this proposal!
With this funds I beleive we can benefit both SmartCash and Promo-Steem

In my previous post I mentioned some benefits I thought for Smartcash and some benefits for promo-steem. Could you help me think of more so we can prepare the proposal and submitted? Then we can have funds to compensate the great efforts of the Steem Ambassadors, and promoters of Steem!
