It is just a dry run, and I hope to improve more on them as the days goes by.
VPDA a training firm has just engaged me to train their staffs, and it promises to be Interesting.
The first slide showing the company's name and the title of the training and be found below.
THE PURPOSE
The training is profoundly strategic as the purpose was stated. Customer is king, they pay our bills, If you take a critical look at firms that are doing looting you will notice that one of the key factors is the poor customer service they dish out to customers.
THE PLAN
The plan is to ''Re-integrate and motivate them back to the realities of the current business policy,as the transformative training will include role plays,real time coaching.
Trust me they know what an excellent customer is ,but they may not know the extent a bad customer affect the company that pays them,when you you provide a poor customer service to one customer, he ends up telling about five of his friends, and on the average a unmotivated staff provide bad service to at least five of his friend which makes a total of 25 customers that are been lost each day.
THE PAYOFF
In the coming week we management hope to an increase geometric productivity and sales, increased customer retention and improved rapport with customers.
