I think the best way to earn is giving true opinion as comments in others post. Because the master mind of steemit platform has motive to increase global community. Whenever you give your opinion about anyone's post. They admired your answer and you will get huge upvote which is really helpful for new steemit users.
Besides that, many steemit stack holder like investers organized competition, if you participate with your true effort, you will not faster to get earn but your reputation will get boom repaidlly.
If you ask me, it's the only way I have get many rewards and boosted my steemit account faster than anyone.
Once, I got massive down-voted to my plagiarism based post. I couldn't imagine how suffered for getting upvote and regain my reputation from the bottom. However, I never gave up. and one day miracle happened. Surprisingly, I got upvote to my one daily post. It's not only give me brought back live but also I'm enjoying to share my thoughts on steemit now.
Therefore, please don't hesitate to share an authentic content on steemit. Don't make mistake like me to share someone's else content in your account in order to earn faster. Because people are such smart inof to find you.
