Maybe a search bar- feed instead a bot where users can search and combine several tags such as promo-steem + meeting + university and filter the results by number of votes, number of comments, earnings etc. Only post upvoted by Hive account@steem-ambassador initiative would be shown to ensure that all the ideas on the list comply with the rules of #promo-steem
