September 16, 2017, Saturday. It started exactly 3:00 pm and has been ended at almost 7:00 pm (Philippine Time). Indeed! It was a blast! A very remarkable and awesome event!!!

This photo was taken during the University Campaign. The venue was held on University of Cebu - Lapulapu and Mandaue (one of the prestigious and well-known university here in Cebu, Philippines) Maritime Department Amphitheater. The participants were composed of the two (2) speakers (Mr. Jassen Laurente and Mr. Roger Arsolon), Engineering Students (Marine, Electronics and Mechanical) and two (2) Licensed Electronic Engineers ( Engr. Roel Reponte and Engr. Junry Tito) and also our dearest beloved visitors ( Ms. Gilaine De Paz and Floriza).
What can you see ? What can you say?
Yes! You're right! You can see in this photo that we are having a meet-up. And guess what? Yes! We are having a STEEMIT CAMPAIGN !!! Yooohhhhooooo.. :)
The campaign took almost four (4) hours. You read it right! _ almost four (4) hours of interaction, question and answer portion, collaboration, integration and sharing of ideas, opinions and knowledge.

The campaign had started and... WOW!!! Who would have thought that from the time it started until it ends, it became such a mind blowing, interactive and encouraging campaign. It was such an effective way to spread Steemit into the university.
Objectives / Goals of the University Steemit Campaign
The main objective of the said campaign was to introduce Steemit, explain how it works and why we should take part with it. However, there are other things that must be tackled in order to better understand everything about Steemit. And so, the following agendas have been decided :

• Ideas or Strategies on How to Introduce Ourselves in Steemit
• Planning of Building a STEEMIT COMMUNITY COMPOSED OF ENGINEERING STUDENTS AND FACULTIES (the beginning and the future)
• Planning of Making an ENGINEERING STEEMIT OFFICIAL SHIRT
• Explain Everything about Payouts. How to Earn and Convert our Earnings on Steemit to Philippine Currency as well as on How to Withdraw it.
Expectations and Learnings from the University Steemit Campaign
I was expecting that I would learn a lot from the said campaign. Not just about Steemit and how it works but also with the strategies on how to make an interesting and eye-catching posts, gain many followers and high upvotes if possible. Also, I am expecting to be acquainted with new faces and would one day become a part of Steemit Community.
On the said campaign, my expectations and questions have been answered. I learned a lot of things which encourages and pushes me to continue growing and pursue my goals here on Steemit. And as expected, I met new members, have been acquainted with them and had built harmonious communication/relationship with them. We shared and gained a lot of things about Steemit. How can we contribute to steemit community through our talents and skills as well as with our chosen profession.
Furthermore, I have been angaged into a lot of future activities and plan which could help in building a better community here on Steemit and Steemit-Engineering. Lastly, because of the said campaign, WE ARE NOW FULLY INTO STEEMIT ! WE ARE NOW FULL PLEDGE STEEMIANS !!! OLD AND NEW MEMBERS SHOUTOUT! :)
