I will have to thank and the steemit community for giving me the the courage to push this further. You inspired me alot and showed me that somewhere someone cares about some children in africa. We are still with our friends and keeping track of those not in our vicinity.
A day in these people's lives was so beautiful, you know maybe they kinda expected us to always be coming by every once in a while.
We went to the one of the children's mums place and found one of our our friends. Namatta Patient she is nursery top class she hadn't started schooling yet, she will be joining on monday.
Her mum was postive about her starting school in the very early days of term.
Prince of peace Junior primary school
It is somewhat a good place to take your child to in such a village. Conditions were good, just teachers were few in numbers.
We met Semambo emmanuel in p.2 who had started schooling. That was a happy feeling.
We had communicated to his mum about school earlier, we were happy to check for other requirements he needs and help him with them as well.
As long as his stay was confirmed in School for a full term it was okay with us.
Met teachers who we talked to about steemit, more of that later.
Blue Nile juniaor school
Had four pupils in Blue Nile who had started schooling already, thanks for the motivation given to the parents. Usually at this time of the term most parents would have not yet sent their children to school because of school fees and requirements.
This wasn't the case this time, thank you steemit.
We had to clarify what exactly they need, in the offices we were welcomed once again by the headmistress who was so open about charitable organizations.
Two of these children, Nanono Josephine and mulindwa carlos had not yet got uniforms. By monday they should have gotten them. They were registered late so they missed out on the first shift of uniforms.
The schools general condition is good and the environment is so lively. Alot of active people allover the compound. This was the ideal school for everyone in takajjunge village.
Registering for uniforms in the headmaster's office.
We told the teachers that we work for steemit.
It was enough to raise more questions of which we welcomed.
telling paddy the teacher about steemit.
and
will be joining us shortly.
It feels good having an impact on other lives. Most of these people will be our teammates in the near future.
Thanks so much steemit for supporting us and having hope in us.
Africa is our land, we shall help with help our fellow colleagues be able to see the light.
You give us motivation and inspiration.
