SURE, it looks like dirt, but soon, it will be lettuce!
This a quick update, and I have been away for a few days, working on some issues at home and work. It's that time of year, where demands are there, and little time for relaxing.
No matter what comes tho, a part of me is always focused on feeding my family and friends fresh, healthy, home grown foods. Growing my own fresh, healthy food locally, is better for the planet, better for my own family.
