Today I'm mainly cleaning, so I have that when I start to screw up I see specks of dirt in long-unseen nooks and crannies, unfortunately it takes a day two. Well, and also living with a huge mess and more, it is difficult to maintain sterile conditions.
However, I finally got giddy to remove a 10 kg bag of fine onions that I once brought from a skip / exhibition. It has been lingering for several months as far as I remember, surprisingly only a few onions were spoiled, maybe three.
a classic French song about onions, it seems to have some connection with the military :)
or maybe even Napoleon's Cisar Guard and the year 1800.
I got rid of half - deciding to make a vegetarian chili - with a can of beans
Dawtona, lots of spices (lots of spicy ones), but at the end I threw in two eggs and a few slices of yellow cheese to melt on top. I also gave the bottom a radish left over from a breakfast salad.
Actually, I peeled and sliced so many onions that there was not enough room in the pan, so one medium plate of raw onions is waiting in the refrigerator for its turn.
It came out quite tasty, the problem was that in the meantime I was disturbed by the mailman, and mainly by a phone call from a colleague due to which some small fragments turned black and the whole thing half-stuck to the bottom of the pan.
In the end, the dish came out so good that I probably ate 85% of it - although I had planned to leave some for the rest of the household.
The conclusion is simple: it's worth listening to experienced preppers

well, and yesterday I played a cool board game for 1-4 players long time I haven't visited HEX pub on Dwernickiego street but it was worth it, lacked one good throw to win with the final boss. Hence the pictures of the Dark Castle....
