At 3:47 AM, a roving Hiverland Patrol car found the naked, squirming and grease-laden Butthole Man firmly stuck halfway through the perimeter fence of the Hiverland Psychiatric Facility.
One Patrolman states, "If it wasn't for the Butthole Man's humongous ass, he might've gotten away with it...”
