We all have many good habits that we should start cultivating one day at a time.
I will be slowly implementing one habit at a time, starting from today.
The habits that I am hoping to implement for the rest of the year are as follows:
work (8)
read (1)
meditate (0.5)
exercise (1)
play guitar (1)
learn a language (1)
programming (1)
Read Wired (1)
get 7 hours of sleep (7)
exercise on a bike (1)
go to the gym (1)
pray daily (0.5)
I believe I will run 2 habits for 2 months before moving on to another.
I have wanted to build these good habits for a very long time but did not have the chance to do so. Every single one of these habits is something that I want to do to make my life more fulfilling. I will list down the number of hours I want to run each of them. So I can gauge how long I need a day to perform them.

I hope this provides a time frame for implementing my habits so that I don't have to worry about them not being on my list of things to do every day. I will slowly implement them day after day. It's going to be a long ride for the next couple of years. I really wish that I would somehow earn a decent living and carry on with building a family of my own.
The clock is ticking, and I hope that I will do what I need to do in the next couple of months before trying anything close to getting a family started.
I'm hoping that I will land a few accounts with copywriting work. That will probably help me a lot to get the money flowing in.
Yes, I may take a little more time to get that done. But still, it is going to happen, and I can't wait to get those accounts secured and ready to roll.
