Curious to better understand your definitions of transparency after 6 years with a huge amount of easily identified completed tasks that span a large number of verticals in support of multiple 'departments,' so to speak. I think it would be interesting, much more expensive, poorly matched to the dhf's ability to provide for, and difficult to try to invent a market rate salaried ongoing position and try to distill it down to a checkbox paid for up front in the hopes a pretty number can be made up come time for the annual check in. No snark, just quite interested in what actionables a lot of the buzzwords frequently around expectations actually mean in this case.
