To be calm with ourselves is a constant struggle that we all have; we fight with our mind, with what we think, with what we feel, we try to balance the thoughts, with what we say ...
THE MIND
The emotional, sensitive part, our intelligent part, that is the mind. She is a fundamental piece that makes us grow as living beings of our species. We owe her our advances. Our mind is so wonderful that we do not want to make it work, it works by itself, it works without our order, it keeps thinking sometimes without order or logic and sometimes it only brings us problems because we say things without thinking, involuntarily.
Not everything with our mind is problematic, they give us very good things that we use throughout our life. For this we can acquire new knowledge that allows us to control our thoughts a little.
To acquire new knowledge and conserve them we can use certain rules, norms or phases:
1: We must be clear with our thoughts. What do we think? when? how? why?. Create questions to be logical with what we say.
2: Knowing how to distinguish between one's own thoughts and those generated by daily situations, read or seen by others.
3: Know how to choose between negative thoughts and positive thoughts, discarding the bad and benefiting from good thoughts.
4: Be creators of our thoughts, to achieve our peace and tranquility.
We can educate our mind to generate positive thoughts, that bring us peace, tranquility, emotional well-being and above all things we can transmit to others our wisdom and intellect ..
