In this world every person is very eager to get rid of its anger, but cannot he get stuck in the webs of its feelings, when anger comes what you can do? You can tell yourself that you don’t want to do that, don’t get angry, but when anger comes you are not in your control of your mind. Anger comes like a storm and vanish all the things, it is stronger than your feelings, your promise and you forget all the things.
Human consciousness is like a nucleus, which is in proton and neutron in the human mind. Like this all the negative energy revolves around the human body in the upper part of the body which affects the mind.
Demonstration of your anger is not wrong, but when you are in limit if you cross the limit your anger will harm you sense and body. You can show your anger sometimes when you are not angry also like a mother shows his children that she is angry but acutely she is not, if the child is playing in some danger then she can shout on him, if you want to demonstrate anger than a proper place should be there.
When you are angry what all things happen to you, you are fully disturbed and shattered, just think about it when you are angry, the words you have spoken, the decision that you have taken, are you happy with that. No you are not. At that time you lost all your mind balance and just speak what you want to speak. Angriness is bad for health and mind.
Anger comes on those events that are taken place before only, because on those events you can get angry on things that you cannot fix it. Your mind is always in between past and future, when your mind is in past then it will be angry on some past events , that has taken place before only. But getting angry is not the solution because we cannot change the future. And when mind is in future it is worried about those events that are not taken place.
Meditation means concentration , it helps mind to be focus on one thing because of that it don’t get roam here and there on small events . When you are depressed or tired then you lost your concentration power, every person has mind and ability to understand.
You can defeat your anger easily by simple doing this on daily basis and I guarantee you will feel the change in your life.
