I like the beyond meat burgers, but I think of animal products like burgers as an attempt to emulate veggies like a mushroom or beet slice. There’s no hamburger in nature. We have to process the meat or veggies into a patty and cook it. I don’t think of a burger as an animal product anymore. Just like how I think cashew cheese is no less authentic than cow’s cheese. The end result is cheese which is delicious, but especially so when it’s plant based. It’s all how you look at it. Glad to be vegan now though regardless.
