Handwriting Analysis of Elvis Presley
This article was included in my Amazon and Kindle book,
What Makes People Tick Handwriting Analysis Xray to the Soul.
This handwriting sample is a letter written from Elvis Presley to President Richard Nixon.
This handwriting reveals that Elvis had a range of emotional expression from logical to extreme emotional expression. He had a need for affection and was good with people. He was somewhat moody with highs and lows.
He had practical self-esteem, careful about taking chances. He would allow him to take chances when he felt good about himself.
He was persistent, which the ability to keep going when things work out the first time.
The very large y-loop in the center of the page is in his last name "Presley".
This shows strong physical imagination. He would make big deals about little things. He would be a great story teller This also shows gullibility.
The y-loop crosses over the word underneath. That means he had trouble keeping things separate. His being Elvis Presley gave him confusion of interests, too many projects going over at the same time.
Some of the y's do not loop back up showing physical frustration.
Some area of his physical life was not satisfied.
He tended to be selective in who he left into his life.
He was more of a doer than a planer. I am guessing that his manager the planning for him.
He was a little sensitive to criticism to his ideas. If he thought someone did not
like his idea he would feel bad about it,
He was resistant to change, could be stubborn.
His mental process ranged between quick bottom line thinking and methodical creative thinking that needs all the facts.
There were some areas of his life that was not anyone else's business and he kept them secret.
He was intellectually curious and was good with his hands.
At the time of this writing he was irritated with someone.
The letter appears to have been written with a fountain pen. There is a scribble at the top of the page where the pen was tested to make sure it would write.
There are mistakes and rewrites on the page. I find it interesting that on a letter to the President of The United State, Elvis did not rewrite it on a separate page.
