I try to RELAX at least fifteen minutes every day. Stretching out, and let every muscle go limp. This will let your circulation run freely, and prolong life. I learn to relax as I ride in a taxi going to work or as you see going out in a boat at sea. You will not use up all that nervous energy you have hitherto been wasting.
While out at sea I try BREATHING. Breathing is not only the receiving of air into the body, but also the absorption of oxygen. Air is made to enter the chest by enlarging the chest cavity. Sometimes only the top of the chest is used in breathing, as in the case of persons who wear tight belts or other tight clothing around the waist. Oxygen is essential for the tissues to remain alive. The lungs absorb oxygen from each breath, and in turn give off carbon gas it is very important to take several deep breaths out doors daily that why I am out at sea.
The SUN keeps your bones healthy. That's because your body produces vitamin D when exposed to the sun. The sunshine vitamin helps the body absorb calcium, which is essential for bone health. It helps lower blood pressure anyone who's ever encountered terms like cabana or swim-up bar knows that sunshine-saturated days bring on feelings of relaxation, but it turns out that the process is physiological as well as mental. When sunlight touches skin, a compound called Nitric oxide is released into the blood vessels, a process that brings the blood pressure down.
I try taking SEA BATHS. SEAWATER contains vital elements, vitamins, mineral salts, trace elements, amino acids and living microorganisms that can produce antibiotic and antibacterial effects to help promote a healthy immune system. As well swimming in seawater may help facilitate the circulation of blood in your body also the magnesium in seawater may also help hydrate and improve the appearance of your skin. Seawater is used by many for overall improved health and well-being. Swimming in warm seawater purportedly activates the body’s healing mechanisms to fight conditions such as asthma, arthritis, bronchitis and inflammatory diseases, as well as common aches and pains.
