There comes a time in everyone's lives when they feel broken. They feel the burden of expectations from them. They feel the pressure of perfection everyone expects from them. Now the question is How to take back your life when you're broken. Most of the people says they have lost it all. They have lost money, they have lost relationships, connections to their families, their job, self-respect. They feel that their whole life is falling apart right in front of them and they are scared. They feel lost like nobody is around to help.
I am gonna tell you a very simple secret. ITS OKAY TO FALL !!
In this society we've been told that we have to be perfect all the time. You know what it does to your mind, body and soul. We now live with tremendous expectations to be somebody we're not. That's why you feel broken. Because you're trying to be fixed or in short you're trying to be someone else. You aren't broken. Even though you feel you're broken but you're not. Many times we don't realize that we can rewrite our story at any time. You're only on chapter one right now, you can erase that chapter one again or you can wait for chapter two and realize that this is gonna get a whole lot better.
In the hardest moments of your lives, you learn about yourselves, you're pushed to the limits. Sometimes you say things without thinking and your life start to get messy. Because you have said the words that means you have to justify what you have said by your actions even though you don't want to.
What you think is broken may just be a temporary state. Yes, it is! Because this too shall pass.
Don't live upon the expectations of others. Just live your own life and if you feel it is broken, then try again.
