Clearing Blockages and Trusting Intuition
Sometimes we want a relationship, job, or some situation to work out so much that we ignore what our intuition is telling us.
We wear our rose-colored glasses and can’t see the darkness that is right in front of us.
And it’s usually so painfully obvious when it is happening to a friend or loved one and they are so blinded by their desire that they can’t see it.
Other times our intuition can be clouded by past fears.
On its base level, fear is an animal instinct that has stayed with us as we have evolved because it serves as warning to protect us.
So, in that sense fear is linked with intuition and instinct.
But, sometimes our fears can hold us back.
For instance, perhaps a fear based on a past experience could be clouding our judgement regarding a new experience that we may be mistaking as intuition.
In this case we would need to determine if the fear we are feeling is in fact our intuition or just left over emotional garbage from the past.
Our judgment can be clouded by a variety of factors.
We need to clear a path within ourselves in order for our inner voices to be heard.
Our inner voice and “higher self” will always guide us in the right direction, but it can be difficult to hear it when our minds are clogged with blockages.
So how do we clear these blockages?
The process that I use is meditation.
It helps me to clear my mind to allow my true intuition to shine through so I can hear what my inner self is trying to tell me.
