What i cant find in article is the "Subject" i.e. the person bearing all this, is happiness/sadness dependent upon 'external factors' only? suppose i dont have wealth and if i find wealth then would all my worries go away? so 'wealth' is external factor causing me sadness, "what about me?", so all my happiness is dependent upon others or it is dependent upon me? i cant control others so it means i cant control my happiness.
according to me it is not other people who control my mood, but it is me who reflect my "holes/shortcomings" upon other people and blame them for my 'sufferings'. So how to be "self sufficient" is the question? and that "self sufficiency" comes by accepting the "other person" causing that sadness to be "self sufficient", allowing him/her to do what he wants instead of "controlling" him.
May be this observation is flawed, please guide. may be this emotional issue be addressed "emotionally/spiritually" instead of "physical (heart beat rate/ breathing etc) taking into account .
