I think children get inspiration from what they observe around them, whatever makes them happy. Show Cammile different videos of Boys dressed as boys and I hope she would prefer herself to be called a boy.
So basically children are "stupid" :-).
Question regarding bullying has no solution, this is what they have to bear.
