hello, pleased to read your publication. I remembered a close friend from work who despite being young has a small disorder of complicated vascular headache and I have noticed how at times she suffers from the symptoms generated by her condition she loses part of the ability to speak, coordinate in some activities and a little depression. It makes me think that she could develop some of the diseases that you mention, barely and she is 26 years old and she has one life ahead of her.
thanks to you for the information for the prevention of these conditions, I will talk a little about your councils with the hope that you can feel a little better, I know that she loves to read and that is a good activity for what you recommend.
Greetings and I hope to read you again soon.
