If you're not honest, you can really fuck with yourself and everything else. It's a tragic comedy. The irony is, It's not knowing who you really are....But you think you do....Because you think you do....But you never stopped to breathe and check out where those thoughts came from
Practice Stopping. Let each stop be a breath. Each breath is a move. Move as breath. This is the art of play. Keep playing because you cannot not play, You can only put knots in your play by thinking you cannot play.
