This was a really good post!

I hope more and more people learn about the different ways we tend to be manipulated. I was quite fond of the idea of fake news, because while it could be applied to the obvious case of false news, you could also cover all the ways the mainstream media could spin the news, create narratives, not cover certain issues or perspectives, manufacture consent (Chomsky wrote this so long ago!), that we need to be aware and arm ourselves with tools to getting a more complete picture of the world and the freedom to form our own opinion based on the truth.
