Olá pessoal!
Como esse é meu post de numero 200, quero fazer mais detalhado, explicando como cheguei até aqui.
Desde setembro de 2017, ou seja, à um ano atrás, ingressei nesse mundo das criptomoedas e do blockchain. Estudei bastante o assunto para especular com as criptos e compreendi que a tecnologia que existe por trás disso mudará a forma como as coisas funcionam. Isso é bem claro pra mim, e acho que não tem volta.
De um tempo pra cá, um pouco mais maduro e menos especulativo, comecei a procurar projetos que utilizam essa tecnologia e que já estão em uso. Foi nesse momento que me deparei com o Steemit. Eu já tinha ouvido falar em Steem, mas sinceramente nunca tinha dado muita bola, não sei pq mas não estava no meu radar.
Esse encontro do Steemit aconteceu exatamente num momento em que eu estava um tanto quanto puto com as redes sociais, especialmente com o Facebook, que se declarou uma empresa composta majoritariamente por canhotos. Ouvi isso da boca do próprio Mark, num depoimento que ele teve que dar a justiça americana.
Logo após tomar conhecimento dessa "característica" do Facebook, algumas páginas brasileiras de direita foram tiradas do ar. Não eram minha paginas, mas fiquei puto com isso. Quem é o Facebook pra escolher o que eu posso ou não ler? Se é ou não uma notícia falsa, penso que quem tem que averiguar sou eu. Não aceito que ninguém faça isso no meu lugar. Como o Brasil vive uma crise política, esses sentimentos estão muito mais aflorados em mim.
Por isso entrei aqui. É diferente, é mais embrionário, mas é bom mudar e começar de novo. Acho que a plataforma tem muito pra evoluir, e a partir de agora acompanharei esse processo.
Hoje, 1 mês depois de começar a usar, entendo que outras aplicações estão surgindo a partir do Steemit, e agora acredito de verdade que isso aqui é o futuro das redes sociais. Chega de criar de graça. Se pararmos pra pensar, é perda de tempo. Agora entendo que quando não te cobram nada por alguma coisa, você é o produto daquilo. Ou seja, os usuários das redes sociais mais conhecidas são o produto delas, sem perceber. É como trabalhar de graça. Eu já estou saindo disso, e quero logo estar completamente fora. Facebook, por exemplo, já era pra mim.

As this is my 200th post, I want to do more detail, explaining how I got here.
Since September 2017, that is, a year ago, I entered this world of criptomoedas and blockchain. I studied the subject quite a bit to speculate with the crypts and I understood that the technology behind it will change the way things work. This is very clear to me, and I do not think there's a comeback.
From time to time, a little more mature and less speculative, I started looking for projects that use this technology and that are already in use. That's when I came across Steemit. I had heard of Steem, but I honestly had never given a lot of balls, I do not know why, but it was not on my radar.
This meeting of Steemit happened exactly at a time when I was a little bit pissed at social networks, especially with Facebook, which was declared a company composed mostly of left-handers. I heard that from Mark himself, in a deposition he had to give to the American justice.
Soon after learning about this "feature" of Facebook, some Brazilian right-wing pages were taken from the air. They were not my pages, but I got pissed off about it. Who is Facebook to choose what I can or can not read? Whether it is false news or not, I think it's me who has to find out. I do not accept anyone doing this in my place. As Brazil is experiencing a political crisis, these feelings are much more outlined in me.
That's why I came in here. It's different, it's more embryonic, but it's good to change and start over. I think the platform has a lot to evolve, and from now on I will follow this process.
Today, 1 month after you start using it, I understand that other applications are coming up from Steemit, and now I really believe that this is the future of social networking. Enough to create for free. If we stop to think, it's a waste of time. Now I understand that when you are not charged for anything, you are the product of that. That is, the users of the best known social networks are the product of them, without realizing it. It's like working for free. I'm coming out of it, and I want to be completely out of it. Facebook, for example, was already for me.
