I am not a victim! This is an empowering message intended to inspire one to rise above any ill will. To persevere against all odds and emerge the winner,or at the very least claim the consolation prize of moral high ground.. It is no easy task to pry oneself from the long arm of the law and all its henchmen.
While it's an idyllic rose tinted vision,pioneering and trailblazing for change is all consuming dangerous work. The revolutionary versus the realist internal battles we wage more often leaves our proverbial sickle,pitchforks and machetes neatly hung on the wall.
I understand that it's vital to be accountable,and to strive for a blameless self made existence in this malignant monstrous game of life. But, there's overwhelming evidence at every turn that most all of us are victims of a turf war that offers very little if any rewards for our compliance. Despite which side or sides prevail there's nothing to gain but everything to lose in this high stakes game of socialization.
Now that we officially can't agree whom is to blame we're left with our wagging fingers always drawn and ready.. I'm trying to be positive. To be resilient and yet discerning enough to be a cooperative human but faith in humanity is in short supply these days.. I look both ways at a roundabout. From there my trepidation and doubts only fester..
