Yes, I am seeing lots of posts that if we stop using Facebook and other social media, that will give us success and its wasting our time...
𝘽𝙄𝙂 𝙉𝙊 - In my view, we are wasting our time our-self, rather stop using these accounts, we should control our mind. If you cannot control your mind on this then I am pretty sure you will also not able to focus on things after closing it. Same with the case of TV in past...

-I never use Facebook during work, what's so ever.
- Liked just informational pages.
-Using it for social life, the people whom I cannot meet physically but they are important for me.

- Use it only on PC, see the effect

*Facebook is the most powerful tool nowadays to get news and information (you can say many things are wrongly portrait-ed but are you sure that on news channels it's not like that? same here...
- In my observations US and PAK latest elections won because of facebook
- my 70% business is going on because of Facebook marketing
- etc...

CONCLUSION
Use Facebook as to connect with your friends not as to spend free time or wasting time.but use facebook as productive things as I mentioned.
TIP
If you want to use social media use STEEMIT beacuse as this platform as more productive things & crypto currency related & also you can earn from it.
