If we do not factor racial IQ into our conversation about the compatibility of cultures we deny a significant portion of the necessary information. Low IQ people generally have little or no impulse control, and therefore are prone to violence, sexual assault and theft. If a culture has an average IQ of 100, what is the effect of brining in large numbers of people with IQ less than 80? Bearing in mind that democracy requires an average IQ of 90 and that there is a sweet spot for violence at 85 and at 70 they are considered to be mentally retarded with the mind of a child. If children are effectively voting what would they vote for?
