Ogochukwu: How did your learn about Steemit, and why did you decide to join?
Dragonslayer109 : My father came home one day and showed us this site and asked us just to create an account, I read a couple of posts and decided to become active on the platform
Ogochukwu : What surprising lessons have you learnt along the way on your Steemit Journey?
Dragonslayer109 : Wow, where to start? Things never work out the way you plan them and life has many ups and downs, but consistency is key.
Ogochukwu: If you were asked to give an Interpretation of what Steem/ Steemit is all about, what will you say?
Dragonslayer109: Steemit is a great platform to network with people from all over and share ideas as well as invest money and time. It is not a get rich scheme, there is a lot more depth to it.
Ogochukwu :Were you Involved with cryptocurrencies before Steemit ?
Nope, I have always heard of Bitcoin, but this was the first ever cryptocurrency I have had.
Ogochukwu : What have you found out to be the biggest misconception about Steemit?
Dragonslayer109 : You can make money just by posting.
Ogochukwu : HF 19 happened weeks back , do you see hardforks as an evolution or a disruption, and do you think that Steemit have experienced too many Hardforks?
Dragonslayer109: I have been through all the HF's and HF 19 has been one of the best ones.
Ogochukwu: You are someone who is playing an active role in the development of African presence on Steemit, What do you hope to achieve?
Dragonslayer109: I hope to achieve a great experience for all those who are joining steemit, specifically the African community. One of the best ways to keep someone active and involved is through a community and friends.
Communities are also a great place to learn and share ideas and who knows where that could lead us in the future.
Ogochukwu: There have been suggestions from some quarters that The Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies as a whole is not meant for everyone, do you think that the Block chain is an Exclusive or an Inclusive technology?
Dragonslayer109: Before money there was trade and people felt the same way back then when having to use money. This is a very similar experience and it is something new that people need to try and understand not just fear or throw money at.
Ogochukwu: If you feel that the Blockchain is an inclusive Technology, how well do you feel that it can be best explained to the Masses?
Dragonslayer109: I read a book recently on finances and I came to the conclusion that there are very few people that really understand exactly how money works, everyone knows the basics and that is all they really want to know.
This can be related to the use of Blockchain technology, not everyone will be interested in understanding it all, but by explaining the basics everyone can use it.
Ogochukwu :Are there any programmes/Organisations(Companies, NGO’s etc.) powered by the blockchain that you would like to bring to our attention.
Some gaming companies use BTC as a form of trade for games, Steem being one of them , but for the future I would like to create some of there programs and organisations as well as businesses.
