Petter Solberg's WRC team, which is backed by Volkswagen, has now revealed their new Polo R Supercar they will use this season. Johan Kristoffersson stays in the team to defend his drivers' title and together with Solberg they will defend their team title.
The new Polo R (now not called GTI like last year) has about 20% new parts, like increased front cooling and better aerodynamics.
Kristoffersson told motorsport.com:
When we started testing again this year, I was sitting in the car smiling to myself. I'm so excited to be back and so excited to start the defense of my title from last year.
