Ramadan Mubarak
The Month of Mercy and Blessings
Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic year in which the Holy Quran was revealed. This month gives the message of patience, piety, compassion and sacrifice. In an Islamic country like Pakistan, Ramadan is welcomed with great enthusiasm.
1. Spiritual training
Ramadan teaches us self-improvement. Fasting teaches us tolerance, discipline and understanding the feelings of others. When a wealthy person endures hunger and thirst, he understands the suffering of the poor
2. Charity and Sadaqat
During Ramadan, the payment of Zakat, Fitrana and Sadaqat increases in Pakistan. Philanthropists provide ration, clothes and financial assistance to the deserving. This increases social harmony.
