Yesterday I wrote a post about the new Raspberry Pi 4B announcement.
If you are new to the Raspberry Pi or have a few working projects, the official MagPi Magazine is a great resource that is completely free to download the PDF version.
Each issue is packed with projects and Raspberry Pi related articles (and ads, lots of ads).
You can download the current and past issues for free at https://www.raspberrypi.org/magpi/
I typically skim through each issue pretty quickly as I mostly just look at what's going on and read anything that interests me. Most issues I only read 1-2 articles, but it is interesting to see different projects being built.
I also recommend checking out the Mag Pi website for interesting articles.

For example, this is a good article from the founder Eben Upton talking about the engineering behind the Raspberry Pi 4b.
"What did it take to make Raspberry Pi 4? We ask Eben Upton - Raspberry Pi co-founder and CEO of Raspberry Pi Trading Ltd. Discover what it took to build a Raspberry Pi with upgraded video capabilities, up to four times the RAM, full gigabit Ethernet and USB 3.0."

The current issue is a great place to start as it is a beginners guide to the Raspberry Pi and has been updated for the newly announced Raspberry Pi 4b.
If you buy the print edition you get a free Pi Zero but the magazine is really expensive at just under $10 an issue. I find the free PDF version is more than sufficient.
