Hello lovely Steemlings
Its time for another episode of Read Between The Wines - Anything and everything book related and maybe a little bit of wine as well!
In my last post I reviewed The Bone Witch by Rin Chupeco so it makes sense now to take a look at book number 2 in this incredible trilogy - The Heart Forger.
If you like a good bit of revenge, then it's worth a read. Also if you found the first book a bit too frilly and descriptive for your tastes, don't give up.. this one will engage you a lot more in the action and plot.

In The Bone Witch, Tea mastered resurrection―now she's after revenge...

I feel that the author moves the story along at a much faster pace in this second installment - perhaps she felt the first book was really just the set up for the story and the world in which it took place. And while I enjoyed it immensely I know many people found the first one to be quite slow. Not so with the The Heart Forger so hopefully people will give it a go even if the weren't fans of the first.
The third book - Shadow-glass is due out in early 2019 so we will just have to wait and see the ending. But if like book two it gets even better than it promises to be phenomenal!
