Finally pulled the trigger on my first multi family. Not anything to brag home to the family about - BUT - it is my first one and I took action and pulled the trigger. 4 family d class property in a d neighborhood. I will re-purpose to a d++ and get market rents. After stabilizing will rise the rents to the top of the market and then refi or sell into a larger one. In the mean time I still have my 3 full time jobs to keep me busy. Haha 😂
