if we start to tokenize a Building and run an ICO to sell shares in the rooms and speculate on housing we can have all sorts of cool people from these 3d printed housing projects getting away from destructive altruism and they can build houses for investors and the poor and homeless would just end up getting benefits from the entire system just as a SIDE effect of housing becoming SO cheap that they can all afford it!

Hive account@airclinic needs to get into Nano Tech and I will be visiting local Nano Tech companies here in La Jolla, San Diego, CA to post videos of them on Steem so investors can invest in them if they have promise. And I will be ASKING these nano tech companies to see if they can Tokenize their company so that we can have MORE than just IOTA for Internet of Things, hah imagine every Nano Sperm being on a blockchain, imagine every RFID tagged nano botr is on a EOS blockchain, or an SMT (which is JUST a way to keep track like ethereum ICOs)so you CAn use Steem SMTs to raise money for something as High Tech as a None Tech company that wants to raise money for a specific experiment, Kick starter style but for Scientific research. Maybe the steem users have an interest in seeing nano tech in their lives so they UPVOTE it, OR they buy INTO the ICO and that ICO funds are used to fund that experiment which is then posted and then any fruit from that experiment will be used to BUY BACK tokens and thus create dividends for the NanoTech Steem SMT holders. Steem SMTs don't just have to be for Blogging.... it can be used for BIG business.
