Some of you may be sick of hearing about the new building I bought. As I have learned on my blog, different people prefer different ways to learn. Why should I listen to a podcast about the building?
When I do my podcasts I try to include as much detailed information as I can in about 30 minutes. You can hear me talking in my videos, but I am often distracted and just showing the property. In my articles, I can write a lot, but often not get across exactly why I did or did not do something. With the podcast I can talk and talk and talk. lol

Update on my fix and flips

We have sold 4 flips so far this year, bought 4 more. Have 7 listed for sale, and 6 of those are under contract to sell!
