I mentioned a couple of days ago that I thought I would get two more flips under contract to buy after getting three under contract to buy in the last week and a half. I got both of those contracts signed today. They were both off market deals from my direct mail campaign.
Deal 1. Buying for $207k. Needs $15,000 in work and $20,000 in other costs. ARV is $310,000.
Deal 2. Buying for $182,000. Needs $10,000 in work and $15,000 in other costs. ARV $245,000.
Both are great deals. I also sold another flip today that we had been trying to sell for over a year! That was a great day.
