My name is Param and I am a real estate investor and entrepreneur from the UK.
I studied Engineering at University and did a short stint with Rolls-Royce in their research labs looking into the use of particles to reduce vibrations in turbine blades. I've always loved technology and understanding how things work and I guess that has naturally led me to be involved with a few internet technology start-ups in the past which subsequently failed terribly !
In London I have worked as a financial modeller for many years before making real estate and entrepreneurial activities my primary focus. That has been one of the most useful skills I have ever learnt.
I am quite active in the interfaith and voluntary sector and as a result I'm lucky to occasionally be invited to high profile events. Here is a picture of a reception event at the Prime Minister's residence at Number 10.
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with friends and travelling :) Who doesn't?!
