Hope you all are well. So today I am going to show you how to make a very tasty snack item that you can make in very little time and with very few ingredients.
So the dish I'm going to make today is called vegetable naan.

So first I will make the vegetable filling. So let's see what ingredients are needed for that..
Ingredients :
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Green chillies
- Onions
- Capsicum
- Tomatoes
- Butter
So to make the vegetable puree, I took a small amount of butter in a frying pan. When the butter is melted, I put all the vegetables in it and then I put the dry ingredients like turmeric powder, dry chili powder, salt, and a small amount of cumin powder in it. Now I mix all the ingredients well and cook the vegetables. When the vegetables release their water, I put a packet of Maggi Magic Masala in it.
Once the vegetables are cooked well, I add a small amount of coriander leaves on top. Once cooked, I set the vegetables aside.
Now let's move on to the next step. So now I will make a flour dough.
Now let's see what ingredients we need for that.
Ingredients :
- Flour
- Yeast
- Water
- Ghee
- Salt
Now I'm going to take the flour in a bowl and mix all the ingredients in the flour very well. Then I'm going to cover the flour to one side so that the yeast can become active.
After half an hour, I knead the dough again. Then I divide it into 3 parts. Now I take one part and make it into a slightly larger loaf size, then I cut it into two parts and put a small amount of vegetable filling in the middle and cover it with another part. In the same way, I make all the naans.
Now I will fry the naans in a fry pan. For that, I will heat a fry pan well. Then I will put one naan in it and when the naan turns light brown in color, I will flip it over. Then I will put a little amount of ghee on the naan and take it down. This is how I am frying all the naans.
It is a perfect dish to serve as an evening snack or to serve to a relative. It is very fun to eat. One is enough for an evening snack or breakfast.
