Welcome back to my blog! Today guys i will share with you my Lutong Bahay Recipe at eto po yung Pata Tim with Chinese Pechay! Medjo matagal po ang proseso neto pagluto pero kayang kaya po nating lutuin. First time ko po eto niluto kaya dahil love ko po kayo ibabahagi ko sainyo ang recipe. Narito po ang mga sangkap na kakailanganin natin. Sana po magustuhan ninyo!😍
Eto po ang aking masarap na Pata Tim with Chinese Pechay
Cooking time: 1 1/2 hours
Ingredients:
1 kilo Pork pata (cut into a medium size)
1 whole Chinese pechay
1 head Garlic (minced)
3 cups water
8 tablespoon Soy sauce
4 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon Cornstarch (melted into water)
3 leaf Laurel
1/2 teaspoon whole black pepper
3 pcs Star anise
1 pack Black mashrooms (tig 10 pesos)(ibabad sa tubig)
Salt and pepper to taste
The ingredients
Cooking Procedure:
- Mix the pork pata, garlic, soy sauce, whole black pepper, star anise and water in a cooking pots. Takpan at pakuluan hanggang sa lumambot ang karne. Lagyan din fork or tinidor upang mapabilis ang paglambot ng karne.
- Ilagay ang brown sugar at black mashrooms. Takpan muli at hayaang kumulo ng 10 minuto.
- Ilagay ang cornstarch na tinunaw sa tubig at haluin eto at lumapot ang sarsa.
- Then ilagay ang Chinese pechay lutuin ng mga 5 minuto at timplahan ng asin at taktakan ng pamintang durog.
- Then serve with hot rice. Happy eating!
