This jam will seriously change your life..so simple yet so delicious and who doesn't like bacon?
Start with 6 or 7 bacon rashers, cut them into pieces and slowly cook them (not too crispy). Get 1 cup onions and 1 tbsp garlic.
You will also need 1 cup sugar and 1 cup maple syrup.
Put everything in a saucepan and slowly boil until you have a jam-like consistency.
Take mixture off the stove, cool and put into containers.
This goes great on toast, fried eggs or waffles.
