My recipe for protein guacamole!
1 avocado
2 tsp or more of lime juice,
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 inch or more of a jalapeno
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of cooked and riced cauliflower, cooled in the refrigerator
Salt to taste
Optional 1/2 tsp of chili powder
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and blend until creamy.
