CHOCOLATE CHIA SEED AND BERRY PUDDING

I love this dessert any time of the day – breakfast especially!
INGREDIENTS
½ cup of chia seeds
2 cups of frozen berries
¼ cup of rice malt syrup
¼ cup of Dutch cocoa powder
2 ½ cups of coconut milk
METHOD
Mix cocoa powder with coconut milk.
Pour in syrup and chia seeds.
Stir until seeds start to thicken.
Pour into serving glasses.
Fridge for at least 4 hours.
In a saucepan, place berries and ¼ cup of water.
Over a low flame, heat them through.
Put to the side to cool.
Pour over chia puddings when ready to serve.
