500g of lamb mince
1 cup of fresh breadcrumbs
1 brown onion (coarse grated)
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground paprika
150g of blue cheese (thickly sliced)
4 Burger Buns (separate)

cup of aioli (100g)
1 large apple (cored & thinly sliced)
60g pkt of baby rocket
one quarter cup of small mint leave
Use a big bowl to mix up the mince, breadcrumbs, onion, cumin & paprika. Flavour well. Separate properly into 4 pieces. Make each piece into a 1.5cm (thickness) & 10cm (diameter) patty.
Heating up chargrill on high temperature. Grill patties until lightly charred each side (about 5 minutes) & just grilled through. Add on with cheese. Continue to grill until cheese begins to melt (about 1 minute). Place to a plate.
Cutting the buns side down and grill until lightly toasted (about 1 minute). Split bun bases among serving plates & cover with aioli. Put on patties, apple, rocket and mint. Cover with bun tops.
