An another Vegan pasta simple to make in just 5 minutes
The 5 minutes cooking meal isn't the better???
The ingredients goes as follows:
1 tbs Hazelnut oil
1 Clove garlic
3 Fine-cut champigons (⅛ inch)
½ cup Firm tofu, similar cut then the mushroom
½ cup Black Beans
3 tbs Pesto
1 portion of pasta
Brown garlic and mushrooms in oil, add tofu, continue until golden, finish with black beans
Remove from heat, add hot pasta, pesto and mix well.
Tips: Pesto doesn't like the bottom of your hot pan... add pasta first then pesto on top 😉
