Chocolate cake is very delicious food item. We always buy this cake from shop. But if you want, you can easily make this in your stove without woven. Let’s learn how to make a non-bake chocolate cake in house. Which is more trustful then bakery cake.
Ingredients:
- Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Oil - 1/2 cup
- Powder Milk - 2 Teaspoon:
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon:
- Eggs - 3
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – As taste
- Cocoa Powder - 3 Teaspoon
Method
Put the flour, powder milk, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and pass through a Strainer.
If you do not have egg beater, you will need to splash the egg with a spoon. If the egg is well splashed then splash again with a little sugar.
When the sugar melts well, the Vanilla essence and oil must be add.
Then mix well with flour . Now " Batter" is ready. Now pour a little oil in the pot and put "Batter" (3 pound stove cake pot are available in market) . 3 pounds cakes pot can make 2 pounds cakes very well.
Now you have to rise the stove fire to a little less than medium, and put a "fry pan" on it. Now put the pot on the pan and place a lid on it. It will take 20/25 minuets. If the cake is cold, serve the cake.

How to make cream?
Take the white part of the two eggs and use electric beater and make foam. Take 100 grams of butter and beat until get completely melted. Then you will have a bit of an ice-cream like your taste. If the ingredients are mixed well then keep repeating the vanilla essence and two ice cubes again! When the ice cube melts, keep it in normal refrigerator for 10 minutes and Beat it again, or if you can beat with color . Remember that it is really good to have a beater for beat. So the electric beater will be a good choice.
