Microphone Stand Modification

I don’t know how many of you have a microphone like this.

Or more specifically the stand that comes with it… But I've found the factory stand to be quite large and intrusive. So I’ve made a smaller, simpler base for the stand.

If you’d like one it’s on Thingiverse, there’s onewhere I went crazy with holes and the fillet feature :)

Then there’s a simpler model.

You just need to unscrew and remove the whole bottom assembly of the factory stand and place the new one on. It’s designed to be used without a fastener.
