Late afternoon at an aquarium near Scottsdale, Arizona, I toured the attractions with the love of my life and our two boys. A squeal pierced through the air when my youngest son (we call him Roo) noticed a tall cylindrical tank filled with sea horses. Tails curling around long, thin blades of grass, the sea horses seemed suspended like pointy balloons. Colorful, aquatic pointy balloons. This one spent much of its time near the water's surface, popping its tiny nose just above the surface tension at the top. I managed to snap this photo while the reflection above captured some movement from the neighboring sea horses. I love the colors and the atmosphere.
