In a country if 56% quota-holders are employed, then meritorious students have mis-learned. Yes it is also possible because it is Bangladesh.
There is no work on the basis of quota anywhere in the world. But in our country going different quotes, unemployed students are getting jobs. And those meritorious people are educated they are taking turns in street by certificates.
