Hi there. Here is a Pokemon TCG card post. There is a card reveal on November 20, 2024 about a new Regigigas card. This one is kind of interesting.

This Regigigas is a bulky single prize Colourless Basic Pokemon with 160 HP. It has four retreat cost which is a big drawback and one costly attack. Its Jewel Breaker attack requires 4 Colourless Energy to do a base damage of 100. If the opponent's Active Pokemon is a Tera Pokemon then Jewel Breaker does 230 more damage for a total of 330 damage. This 330 damage is quite significant on Tera Pokemon as it knockouts Charizard ex with 330 HP which is a Dark Tera Stage 2 Pokemon, Dragapult ex with 320 HP as Tera Dragon type. The difficult part is meeting the four Colourless Energy requirements.
Possible Card Combos
Double Turbo Energy
Double Turbo Energy from the F regulation format allows you to get 2 Colourless Energy from one Special Energy card. The drawback is that you do 20 less damage.
Counter Gain
Counter Gain is one of those comeback type of cards which activate if you are behind on Prize cards left. It is a tool card that you attack to one of your Pokemon. The Pokemon that Counter Gain is attached to has its attack cost being one Colourless Energy less if your opponent has less Prize cards left than you.
Lugia VStar With Archeops Engine
Cinccinno is popular when it comes to delivering big knockouts. This Regigigas could be another attacking option in Lugia VSTAR decks with the Archeops engine. Regigigas is a Basic Pokemon while Cinccinno is a Stage 1 Evolution Pokemon. This makes Regigigas easier to put into play. Cinccinno is more versatile though while Regigigas packs a huge punch if your opponent plays Tera Pokemon.
Armarouge Engine With Magma Basin
Armarouge is not really in the metagame. It is an okay rogue deck choice in my opinion. The Armarouge with the Fire Off ability can transfer as many Fire Energy from your Benched Pokemon into your Active Pokemon. Use Magma Basin to accelerate one Fire Energy into your Fire Pokemon then use Fire Off ability to your Regigigas then attach a Double Turbo Energy and a Counter Gain. You would not do 330 damage but 310 damage to a Tera Pokemon is still strong.
I think this combo is hard to pull off though. It would not be consistent.
Thank you for reading.
