What we see and learn has an impact on who we are and how we act. Thanks to my passion of cinema,I've discovered how both cinema and education can challenge and impact social constructs and their evolution over time. This post will highlight the importance of cinema in our schools !

Cinema and Education have a lot in common.
- Cinema has the ability to spark discussions, and education has the ability to initiate debate.
- The audience is at the heart of both cinema and education. The storyteller's job is to make sense of the message and the world, and to persuade the audience of that meaning.
But it is importance to know that Cinema and education both have the ability to affect and transform people.
That's why they have a responsibility to care for their messages and audiences.

Cinema : Debating in classrooms:
Students may get bored in classes but not is a cinema session!
After each movie, students sit in circles to discuss movie points together and thanks to that debate their critical thinking skills have improved in addition to their public speaking skills. In other terms, when debating, you learn to have confidence.
Students' ability to remember what they've learnt will improve.
Besides, listening and point of clarification abilities, as well as greater self-assurance will improve.

** Teacher's role in a school cinema session **
The teacher will assist students in identify flaws in their hypotheses and developing more well-balanced arguments.
Also he will help them in better organizing their thoughts.
Infortunatly so many teachers are not aware of the appeals cinema has. They just think that cinema is not culture! And that pupils will just waste their time watching some kind of TV show!
So dear colleagues! We need to make the first step ! Let's change this situation and let's start our cinema clubs as soon as possible.
In my country , Tunisia, many associations that take action in cinema fields will support teachers who need training to animate cinematic sessions so don't worry!
